SERVICE SAFARI OF A CONNECTED INHALER SERVICE

An inhaler pharmaceutical manufacturer had launched a connected inhaler. Over it's initial 6 month launch, there was a declining uptake where the existing 'in-market' inhaler revenues fell. An expert review of the real-time service conducted.

Testing with over 165 users, provided the client with recommendations to improve the service front and backstage operations, as well as product iterations to generate habit forming behaviours.

ELECTRO STIMULATION  DIGITAL SERVICE

A Medtech startup at research and development stage had a proof-of-concept ready for clinical trials, expecting to 'go-to-market' 6 months after trials data had been validated.  The client still required a service implementation and delivery plan prior to filling to FDA for a 401(k).

AUGMENTED REALITY

AR REAL-TIME TOUR SYSTEM

A tourist startup had developed a solution where AR glasses were used to project real-time information when they looked at buildings during city tours. Now that they had pivoted with their MVP, the company required the technology to be scaled down to just wearable glasses and a portable battery with Rx/Tx capability.

We created a working prototype for the client and tested it with lego structures to prove the scalability of the technology. The client received 10 working prototypes to test with attractions around London in 2017.

AR SURGICAL SYSTEM

A surgical manufacturer saw an opportunity to use AR to lower the risks involved with operations, and required a proof-of-concept to test with a field of specialist surgeons.

Proof-of-concept developed and tested using Microsoft Hollow Lens.  Testing with stakeholders from 'The Royal College of Surgeons', enabled the client to secure internal funding where they incubated and scaled  the experience further with real surgeons.
